It’s time to just say this clearly: A straightforward startimes read of the polls suggests startimes we’re likely to see Mitt Romney win the popular vote and Barack Obama win the electoral college — and, thus, the presidency. But most pollsters don’t think that will happen.
* DRUG MONEY : The attorney general's office announced today another class action pharmaceutical lawsuit in which Arkansas will share the proceeds. It will get $489,399 in a $95 million settlement with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals over allegations that it marketed drugs for non-approved uses in a way that cost Medicaid programs. The drugs were Atrovent, Combivent, Micardis and Aggrenox. The suit alleged that kickbacks were paid as inducments to prescribe the drugs.
