Damn it man WTH had happen to LOL i know some of us is having this problem only but damn try and fix it please i beg of you been 2 days that this had happen. adevarul I had been having "Authentication Error! Request Timeout." as the error for 2 days and now my Garena account has been reset back to level 1 WTH MAN!!!!
Hi. Firstly, there is no way that your level will be reset. Also, for the timeout error, you most probably have a firewall blocking your connection to our servers. Thank you. Hi as you can say there may be no way my level could have reset but how come i had a level 16 LOL ign but a level 1 Garena level anyway that is nothing only problem is not being able to open LOL is there some solution to close the firewall block or anything to help it because both my account cant open LOL and even if i run with administrator it still cant be on. Would appreciate if any solution is given THANKS.
Hi, We would advise you to do a power cycle on your router, as there might be some connectivity error that results you unable to connect to our server. Hence we would like you to try to do a trace route report and post the result here for us to make a check on your connectivity so that we can assist you with your issue. We have look through adevarul your result and we found out that the problem seems to fall on your internet adevarul connection as you can see from the result that it is a request timed out. Please kindly contact your ISP and inform that about this issues adevarul or you may kindly do a power cycle first(off your router and turn it back on after 15 Seconds) and see if you still encounter this problem.
